About the Position:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and passionate candidate to join the Shire of Broome in the role of Development Officer - Sporting Chance.

The Development Officer - A sporting Chancwill support the delivery of the Sporting Chance late night sports program each Friday night at BRAC.

About You:

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working with young indigenous people and their families.
  • Knowledge of the youth sector within the Kimberley region.
  • An interest in, and knowledge of sport and recreation in the Shire of Broome.
  • Ability to work positively within a small team environment.
  • National Police clearance or willing to obtain one.
  • Current WA Working with Children's Check.
