About the Position:
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our engineering team at the Shire of Broome in the role of Property Maintenance Officer.
TheProperty Maintenance Officerwill be responsible for maintaining the Shires’ Building and Other infrastructure assets. Working under limited supervision either individually or as part of a team, the Property Maintenance Officer will be required to use their skills, competence and training to plan, deliver and report on maintenance and minor capital works in line with service level agreements.
The successful candidate will have a background in the building trades and demonstrate a strong commitment to the maintenance, asset management, and preservation of the Shire’s buildings and associated infrastructure. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in delivering high-quality outcomes.
