Job Description
About the Position:
The Horticulturist willbe responsible for producing quality plants for the Shire of Broome’s operations and community requirements for landscaping, maintenance of gardens and rehabilitation requirements. Maintain and manage the Shire of Broome nursery in a safe and hygienic manner.
Fit to undertake manual labour in the tropical Broome climate.
White card (Basic construction industry induction)
Ability to work positively within a small team environment.
National Police clearance or willing to obtain one.
Current C-class drivers' license is a requirement of this position
Horticultural Certificate 3 or above (desirable) or relevant experience
MR driver's license (desirable)
Forklift ticket (desirable)
